Lost my sweet father in law Monday. We have been eating just whenever we could and whatever was available. He was a great man who suffered from diabetes but was the most compliant diabetic ever. No one ever took such good care of himself. He was always telling us to eat better and exercise more. This is good incentive for us to get on the ball.
