Down another pound, I think. I'm so close to my goal, it's pretty exciting for me. I've done well with the diet overall, but I must admit that I caved to temptation last night during our poker game when a friend brought over chocolate covered pretzels. Bad bad. :) I didn't have too many, though. And, it's certainly the exception to my generally good behavior on the diet. Although I'm certainly on a phase 2 plan, I'm still doing phase 1 snacks (celery and low fat cheese, etc.) and lots of salads. Months and months of salads, in fact. I'd love to drop one more pound before my conference on the 15th. We'll see...
