I'm stuck here. Not sure why. I've reduced my carbs substantially but not enough I guess. I'm still finding it hard to coax myself to eat more fat. The concept of fewer carbs I get...but the fat??? It makes sense in theory on some level, but I guess we've all been led to believe over the course of our lives that you reduce weight by decreasing calories and that is still my inclination. I'm subconsciously still thinking I need to eat way less (starve myself) in order to loose weight. Too much pondering on this. Sooo for now, happy weekend everyone

Thanks . I'll keep trying. I'm not Overly worried but a little frustrated. I tried two days in a row of 18:6 fasting. We'll see how the scale responds tomorrow.

I spent 2 weeks at my parents' home and tried to really go high fat - I did and lost 6 pounds. I almost felt like I was not getting enough nutrients because it was all fat. Only cream in coffee, pork cracklings and eggs for breakfast, that sort of thing. I thought it wierd to be able to lose, but I did... I totally get what you are going through.
