I am struggling with eating patterns & fitness/activity levels. Have gained about 3 pounds since March 12. Pulled out my South Beach Diet Book last night. Did some food prep this morning. Renewed my gym membership this morning. Did 45 min of cardio. Began eating suggestions from Phase 1. Good start!
