took today off from exercise. Need to rest for the upcoming week of good hard cardio and weight lifting.

Started the Couch 2 5km workout today. Treadmill version. Did first workout today. Also did squats and dumb bell dead lifts along with a couple other leg work outs. Pleased. Then walked to my truck on my "noodle legs" without falling down. Awesome.

Good workout today. Good 30 minutes HIIT Cardio on Treadmill. Solid upper body weight training: free weights.

122 lb. Down 1 lb. Since March 15 I have lost 4 lb. I have worked out daily (moderate), been eating a healthy diet, drinking lots (64oz) water daily. I will continue in this fashion. Goal is "good health: body, mind & soul"
