Hunger cravings: None Thirst cravings: None Note: Interestingly, as your hunger pangs subside, so does your thirst pangs. Water goes where hydrophilic nutrients goes, this includes salt and carbs, both which loves to hoard on to excessive water weight. The only nutrients that are hydrophobic are fat and protein.
Sinus: Clear
Bodyfat caliper measurement: 14mm (18.6%) - on a chart, this is listed as "ideal" for my age group, but I'm shooting for "lean" just to say I did it, not competition bodybuilder lean, but about the first single digit bodyfat around 9%.
Comments: Told my sister I went on a 14-day fast and lost 13 pounds and she accuses me of cheating. How is fasting cheating? It's what humans have been doing on and off for millions of years to survive. It's completely natural to fast.
P.S. - I have still yet to set foot inside a gym since January 1st, all this weight lost was through diet. Before: 245, now 208. Total weight lost: 37 lbs. Bodyfat before: 24%, now 18.6%. I know I've been procrastinating, but eventually I'll get off my lazy -37 pound butt and exercise. lol
