Getting my butt back in gear! I slacked off for a while and as you can clearly see, it had its consequences. Starting this morning, though, I'm back on healthy eating. No more pop or juice (even diet), no more junk food, and just healthy snacks. Meals mostly based on lots of veggies, some protein and a bit of carbs.
I want to lose about 2lbs a week until I head back "home" for Christmas. So let's see how it goes!
