Starting running 3 weeks ago - starting wt was 173. Booked a vacation to Phoenix so that is my motivation. Along with that I'm training for a half marathon. But now I'm considering a full. I'm not sure I'll have enough time to train... I have a couple more weeks before registration goes up.
My goal is to look healthy in a swimsuit. Notice i say healthly and not thin. I have come to realize the difference in this with age. Ultimately I'd love to get to 150 (lose 23#) but even if I can get to 160 by the trip that would be great and make a difference.
