took a bike ride last night and checked my weight today. And I burned it off! I guess?
83.1 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job Tony! Yeah, exercise will work off the pounds you want to lose...just remember it will also put on muscle weight that your exercise will probably create. Don't get discouraged if you start losing less because it means you are probably putting on muscle weight and that is great. :-D
