Need to count calories. I created a spreadsheet that has a 1500 cal a day and did the calculation of how many calories I need today for my weight and then subtracted how much I would lose daily with only eating 1500 cal a day and I can do it. I just need to restrict to 1500 cal a day, I’ve never before successfully so let’s give it a try.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
