the weekend kills me. I have GOT to be stronger on weekends when it comes to food.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Weekends are so hard. I've had 8 solid years of dieting during the week, then getting off on the weekend. I hate it. I'm with you, must be stronger.
