Just a yo-yo weighted girl trying to find a steady healthy balance. I'm pretty healthy. I bike back and forth to work. My weaknesses are carbs, wine and ice cream. I don't believe in the fad diets. The crazy amount of money spent on advocare and all that is just not for me. I find the only downside of joining a fitness group is the people trying to sell you on spending money on this gadget or that $50 pre-workout caffeine thing that makes your heart jump out of your chest when really you could just hit the produce aisle and lay off the sugar. But a community keeps you accountable...and that's an upside I can get with. :)
