Alrighty, I am officially back where I was before my June vacation (and occasional travel in July). Whew!
I'm still sick, which is making me cranky-- it's been over a week now and it turns out that the medicine the doc gave me isn't magic, so I don't feel instantly better, LOL. But, this was the first time I'd been to the doctor since I started this weight loss journey and it turns out I was 28 pounds lighter than I was during my last visit to the doc (which was in the winter, I think). 28! That's more than I thought. And my blood pressure was lower, which is a bonus.
Anyway, despite not feeling well, I'm doing lots of walking and some other stuff, and am doing well with food. Here's hoping my health will improve so I can get back to running.
