Got my period today. Hopefully just water weight? Idk. I pretty much been eating at or under 50 carbs a day. Or so I think. Maybe there’s hidden carbs and I’m not counting correctly.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
