Started eating the keto chocolate caramel cluster’s yesterday- yum! Still not hungry. Just trying to keep carbs low. And plan ahead. Been sick a lot. Cold, chest congestion and sore throat. Drinking diet 7up.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
