Started again in earnest on Thursday. My weight has balloned to almost 240. I am starting to feel the effects of carrying this much extra poundage. Short of breath when walking any distance, back pain on standing for short periods of time and very uncomfortable when bending to tie shoes due to the large belly. lt really is time to take this seriously
