Oh, so very close to my 200 goal. My weight this morning was 200.2! One more day until my birthday, maybe I can still squeak by and hit the goal. On the plus side, after my workout my weight was 199.4, so I guess technically I have reached the 200 goal...but I want that waking weigh in to reflect it. I have now lost 32.8 lbs, with another 30.2 to go to my original goal of 170. Over half way there! I can see from my slowdown in the past month that this 30 is going to be a bigger task than the last 30 was. Planning a tuna salad sandwich for lunch, and turkey italian sausage/pasta sauce/brown rice/salad.
