I fell sick and missed the gym for almost a week. I was sure I gained like 2 kgs during this break. but guess what, the scale went down.To say I was shocked will be underated.😂😂
54.4 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
