wooohoo! finally coming down I have found staying busy and that a pedometer has made me get going and lose the weight and watch it happen. i haven't been able to get to my needed 10000 steps in the past 3 days but I'm sure when I do I'll really see a difference!
82.2 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
