I made 20-clove Garlic Chicken this week. I did modify the recipe, not to reduce calories, but to reduce the amount of chicken. (I feed one person and a cat.) I also added a sliced red pepper to the pot and doubled the garlic. I WILL make this again. It was delicious.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
