I've been bad about tracking my weight lately, but I intend to do a better job. Am glad to see I'm only at 130. I had expected I'd be much heavier than this. Yippee.

I'm back at it again. I lost quite a bit of weight earlier. Now it's almost all returned. I'm basically starting over again. However, I do best when I log in here and post my foods and count my calories. And this time, I'll keep counting calories after the weight loss to keep me from packing back on the unwanted pounds. Keeping close track of my food and calories seems to be my best approach to weight loss.

While I have eaten more calores than I should have these past four sweeks, at least I haven't gained weight. That's a plus in my book. For years, I've lost weight only to put it back on. I credit Fatsecret's Food Diary with helping me maintain my weight. I never realized how small serving sizes were or how many calories were in some foods until I started recording my food choices here. At least when I am able to return to eating as I should, I won't have extra pounds to lose. Thank you, Fatsecret.
