Managed to get my weight loss back to 2 lbs this week. 2.2 lbs to be exact. Took a little work, but getting the metabolism going again (I hope). I'm definitely getting a tougher workout from the new elliptical, I think that's been the biggest help. I'm just a few oz short of 30 lbs lost! I feel so much better than I did a few months ago...fewer aches and pains, more energy. It's been well worth the work I've put into it...all the time spent planning meals, journaling everything I eat, minimum of 5 days a week working out. Still overweight, no doubt, but looking and feeling much better at 203 than at 233. Oh..and my weight loss ticker here is now yellow instead of orange! Yay! A sign of progress.
