One week of portion controlling. Significant drop. Probably mostly fluids though. I'll take it. Still, a brother is starving up in here.
124.3 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I snack too much now. I also eat smaller more frequent meals. Big fellow. I guess I just gotta get use to it😂😂
