Figured the big drop was mostly water weight. Need to focus on staying active and moving around more. Decided to dedicate 2 standing days at the gym for my brother. Perhaps it will be motivation for both of us.

My brother bailed on the workout. This is going to be a tough one. Gotta get him jump started again. Excuses upon excuses. In the meantime I also have to work harder at getting to the gym.

One week of portion controlling. Significant drop. Probably mostly fluids though. I'll take it. Still, a brother is starving up in here.

Almost 1 week since starting the portions again. Weigh in tomorrow morning. Still need to get consistent with the workouts. My brother said he was going to get back in the gym. Let's hope so. A little motivation never hurts.
