It looks like I'm making some fast head way losing! counting calories in the past has worked and I'm not going to push myself to fast to be at 1800 a day. 2000 is my goal for a few days first.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
