Well, shoot. No change in weight over the last few days, which is disappointing. For the last two days I've had early/smallish dinners, which meant I was hungry later in the evening. Then I made a protein shake, which included a frozen banana, and I think that has been a mistake having too many calories that late in the day. Will have to go with a different strategy.

You have lost 4 pounds in a week. I think you are doing fine. Staying the same for a few days is normal. Just keep going.

Give it time -- and totally, 4lbs in a week is great! Just stick to it and don't give up :)

Holding steady after 4 pounds loss is actually really good. Without your most recent efforts that plateau could easily have been an upward swing. In terms of the protein drink I have been trying a lower calorie version that I mix in a jelly jar with a lid, 1/2 scoop protein, milk, apple cider, lemon juice, and tablespoon of vanilla yogurt. I made two of those last night, instead of doing the whole blended shake option. It was less of a treat, but it was probably less than half the calories of the yummier version.
