Well...it's October and fall is here. The weight gain of summer stops here!! With canadian thanksgiving next weekend and another big eating event at my house, I guess I'll just have to buckle down and put my mind back into this whole weight loss thing. It's back to the gym in a few minutes for my favorite exercise class that I haven't been at in around 4 months. My goal this week is to see if I can resume my previous success when I gave up white stuff...bread, salt sugar and flour. One day at a time. Baby steps and hope I don't fall, cause I just love all those carbs. Here I go again yeah!
