Went away on vacation for 10 days and of course did not follow my diet at all 😳 went from 1100 calories a day to well over 2200 calories a day…ate carbs…sweets…. Snacked all the time.
I was 217 pre-vacay and this morning weighed at 220. Although I’m disappointed (but not surprised)I put on weight; I’m happy it was only 3 pounds since I ate like nobody’s business 🤦‍♀️😂

Back on the regime starting today and hoping to drop the pounds!!

@NotSkinnyEnuf thank you! I know 1100 calories is not a lot but living with PCOS, if I go over 1400 calories a day then I won’t lose any weight 😔

I understand Noushy18, I don't have PCOS, but I have heart issues, and I cannot go over 1100-1200 calories on average per day as well, or I gain. And salt is also a big factor for me. Everyone is different, we are not all 'average', by the charts. Hell, I only have a BM every 3-4 days as well. It also means that average folks doubt that you record everything you eat, and that is not the case. We have absolutely no reason to lie.

@NotSkinnyEnuff I understand…it’s very frustrating to see no results with as low as 1100 calories a day. I’ll admit it, on most days I’m hungry but if I go over the calories then not only do I not lose weight, I’d gain weight very quickly! it’s very discouraging

@deelbee salt is a huge factor for me too. Tiny amount of salt and my weight fluctuates like crazy. And I agree….we’re all different individuals with different bodies and no reason to lie about recording everything we eat. I don’t enjoy recording all that I eat and counting calories but unfortunately I have to in order to lose weight.
