Went away on vacation for 10 days and of course did not follow my diet at all 😳 went from 1100 calories a day to well over 2200 calories a day…ate carbs…sweets…. Snacked all the time.
I was 217 pre-vacay and this morning weighed at 220. Although I’m disappointed (but not surprised)I put on weight; I’m happy it was only 3 pounds since I ate like nobody’s business 🤦‍♀️😂

Back on the regime starting today and hoping to drop the pounds!!

After a couple of days of not eating right I’m getting back into it again.

1/2 C couscous with an egg. Air fried veggies and kale salad.
