Uhg. Keeping calories low. Not sure why I’m gaining. Super frustrating. But again. Trying not to get discouraged and make bad decisions like it doesn’t matter… 160 is better than 167! Healthy choices every day make me feel better. I need to start walking again.

If I eat wheat or sweets even if my calories are low, I gain weight. Wheat has been hybridized over a thousand times in the last 100 years and has become inflammatory even if we aren't "sensitive" to wheat. Exercise is good. Some say we don't lose by exercising but it does burn calories, so how can that be?
