Gotta focus on controlling the portions. Harder when not logging intake. I think I really need to be able to do it if I going to make this a permanent thing.
121.1 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Agreed. Logging my intake has been a tremendous help with my discipline. I think that if I am going to stay on track for the long haul I need to be able to control the portions without logging. It has to be a way of life. May be wishful thinking but I'm hard headed so I gotta try. I always say, "sometimes you just have to go through it".
