Seem to be getting back on track with the portion control thing. I noticed that I had started to eat out more. It's hard to control the portions this way without very strict discipline. I thought I had it but apparently not. We are warned not to become wise in our own eyes. Working on getting back the discipline I once had. Perhaps the stabilizing idea was just a way of saying "let's break training and eat like we've lost our mind"😂😂😂. 255, Let's git er done!
