what the heck is paleo?

Chezie, Paleo is short for "Paleolithic". It is a wellness program that does not include any grains, legumes or dairy. Check out the website, www.robbwolf.com or the kindle ebook, "The Paleo Solution; The Original Human Diet". It encourages the consumption of local, organic produce and grass-fed or wild-caught meat & fish.
