Decent week. Did not miss any workouts. Did not always stick with the correct portion but did reasonably well. Gotta stop with the rationalizing and stick with the portions. The plan is the hit the milestone by August 1. Plenty of time. No pressure. I can do this. Funny how what started out as a thought turned into determination. I have got to keep this from turning into an obsession. It is the only thing that will make me successful AND make it a lifestyle. I suppose determination is good. Obsession is definitely not.
