Did well going out for breakfast today at Cora's with my cousin. Had a great time catching up again. I find her so inspiring and fun. Stayed on track with my eating...cottage cheese, a poached egg with 1 piece of toast and lots of fruit. Their fruit servings are awesome. Not sure how to Journalize it but will try. Restaurants can be difficult. Now I have to get on that treadmill or to the gym but it's so blustery I think I'll work out on the treadmill at home. This is the hardest part I think. Anyway...so far so good today. Keep it up girl!
