After a few days of stability, I'm down another pound. I feel like I'm in a groove with the food aspect of this diet, I have a few things that I make/do all the time and that works ok. I like having salad lunches and meat/veggie dinners. Hot weather helps --we cook on the grill for dinner stuff and salads are nice for warm weather.
I am tired of the egg breakfasts. I saw several other suggestions on the discussion board, will try some of those things.
Exercise is going ok. I'm meeting with a physical trainer tomorrow to integrate some weight lifting into my routine, which is currently mostly cardio work.
So, progress. It's slow, but it's progress. Progress is good.
