Out of town this past weekend. ROAD TRIP!! Usually a cause for some serious snacking . Since we were on a mission I didn't get much in. Pleased with the results.
125.9 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
