Knew Scale was lying. LOL

Too many lbs off in previous week. Don't know what happened but I can live with the net effect. Keep at it!!
126.8 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
