Not doing exercises today, my body feels as if it needs a break and I set out allowing 1 day a week of for muscle recovery. Last week was Friday so I am ok with this decision. I added some 05% fat free ham to my diet journal today and I am not certain that it is OK for induction (too late now, if it is not) 3 Carbs, 2 Sugars??? in an effort to keep my protein up I added 4oz of this to my morning omlete, now afraid I've blown it. Importance of reading labels (before hand) I guess!! CRAP! Need to do a lot of filing, cleaning out files and desk work today, so will be back again later. Lori

Made a dish tonight was goingto submit the recipe but found it rather bland. Lots left over as the recipe served 6 and we are only 2, I will have to experiment and see what I can find to add more flavor with adding more carbs. Shrimp and Bok Choy, any suggestions are welcome. For me the challenge is on. LOL
