Tomorrow is here and YES it is a better day, a new beginning, each day we are given is a day to carry on the good from the day before and a day to begin again. Thank you Jesus!
Still cold, still overcast, still ready for blue sky, sunshine and some warmer temps, but at least today I feel I will survive the cold BLAH day I woke up to.
Now off to get in my Pilates. Yipee, I WILL feel so much better when I am done with that today, I can tell each day I am a bit stronger and a bit more flexible.

Today I must say was merely a day of existing. Woke up at 4:30AM and could not go back to sleep. Finally took a nap about 9:30, was still very restless. Sick of these fridgedly cold temps. Curtains closed to keep the cold out, I feel like a shutin and it is getting to me. I am blue sky sunshine warm temp person and wonder why I live in the very cold North of Iowa. SOMEDAY, I hope to be a snow bird. I love it here in the spring summer and fall it so beautiful and all my family and closest friends live here. Just very much dislike the winters!! January and February are the WORST!
Staying in ones favorite chair under ones favorite blanket was the ONLY place to stay warm today.
Sorry don't mean to be such a downer!!! Tomorrow will be a better day.
