Personal goal to see new numbers by the end of the month...I did it. Counting calories, journaling my food and daily exercise. A huge THANK YOU to my sister.
113.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 42.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
