Still waiting for body to adjust to portion control. Must have a lot of adjusting to do. Either that or I have been doing a lot of over portioning. LOL. Feeling a lot better. Have a lot more energy.
132.0 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
