As suspected, I have been sick today. (Tired, aches and pains, just feeling run down...) Despite going to bed early last night I didn't actually get that much sleep. Blah. No exercise today, of course, not much of anything really. I kept all my energy for teaching my one 2-hour class in the afternoon. I guess the good news is that I think I'm on the upswing, or at least I feel better now than I did earlier today. Here's hoping tomorrow will be better. :)
