Team Transformers and SingingDiva, keep the EYE OF THE TIGER...we are gonna get you into the 100's...steady, no stress. Don't let anyone say "oh just try it...You won't gain weight from a little bit?" They are not the ones that have to look at your size very day? They are not helping you to lose the weight! Stay prepared a all times! An apple in your purse, a pack of Stevia, a pack of Walden Farms Dressing! Preparation so you won't get in a pinch! You got it! GO FOR IT!
