One week down, with 3 more to go! It was really rough, I barely made it. I really need to kick it up a notch with the workouts to see better results.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just tell myself that you have a choice to eat or not to eat & that helps. When I tell myself that I can't have something then I want it more but when I give myself a choice I chose to drink juice. Also I drink a glass of juice before I cook for them. This way I am full. I hope this helps.

Yes it did help! And I did say I would that but never really followed. How many juices do you have a day?? Do you time them or just drink as needed??

I have between 2-4 a day. It just depends on how hungry my body is. Plus with the water. Some days I do good to get half the amount of water down plus two juices & other days I can get 4 juices & all the water. I try & drink every 3-4 hours. Some days I'm so full I don't make it. I just listen to my body.
