Going on a birthday trip, nervous about the "all you can eat" portion for 2 days of it. I dont have the greatest impulse control when readily available food when it is at my fingertips. it isn't going to be the healthiest food choices either. I want to enjoy myself and celebrate, just pray that I don't eat out of control.
