Going on a birthday trip, nervous about the "all you can eat" portion for 2 days of it. I dont have the greatest impulse control when readily available food when it is at my fingertips. it isn't going to be the healthiest food choices either. I want to enjoy myself and celebrate, just pray that I don't eat out of control.

Sad that I slipped further from my goal. Seriously just wanting to feel better physically. I feel like crap and I know food plays a giant roll in it. I am bloated and need to get things back to where they were before. 25 days before my birthday vacation. hoping to shed a few and feel great by then. wish me luck!

Still getting bumped around by the wagon I fell off of. 1.5 months until vow renewal. 1 month until dress fitting. would like to peel a few lbs off before then.
Had bad back hip issues since April. Had facet point injections last week. Hoping it works as I need a solution. Wish me luck.

Ugh, fell off and got run over by the wagon last few months. Was up to 167. Lost a few lbs. Need to get serious again because eating crap makes me feel like crap.
Did some food prep and made some fat bombs for when the cravings hit. Had a BPC for breakfast, salad for lunch and dinner will be beef mushrooms and veggies.
