Sad that I slipped further from my goal. Seriously just wanting to feel better physically. I feel like crap and I know food plays a giant roll in it. I am bloated and need to get things back to where they were before. 25 days before my birthday vacation. hoping to shed a few and feel great by then. wish me luck!
