Goodmorning Everyone!!!
I hope you all had a successful week!!!! and if not thats ok too, A 4 pound lose for me this week,, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 more pound and i have reached a mini goal weight...
I am doing the 15 mile challenge and I guess it works, I have been walking 6 miles a day and adding intervals of running with it a 1/2 mile here and a mile there all adds up...
I am planning to visit a new fitness center in my area that is BEAUTIFUL it even has a STEAM room!!!! I have a free one week pass, so I am hoping to go today to get all the info and direct route it is a little far from my house, but will use the free week and see if its worth the drive, it is costly as well, but, I guess we can'y put a price on making our bodies beautiful the HARD way!!!! RIGHT????
