WOW! It feels great watching the numbers fall DOWN! I have been doing GREAT w/Atkins! I just ate 3 fried eggs(no oil), 2 sausage patties & 2 slices of Low Carb buttered bread(only 14 carbs for 2 slices). I am going to eat a salad for lunch & grilled chicken & green beans for supper.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
